हम बीमार पड़ते ही क्यों है?
जब तक हमारे शरीर में वात, पित्त व कफ का एक प्राकृतिक विशिष्ट संतुलन रहता है, तब तक हम बीमार नही पड़ते, यह संतुलन बिगड़ने पर ही हम बीमार पड़ते है व यदि संतुलन कहीं ज्यादा बिगड़ जाये तो मृत्यु तक हो सकती है, बीमार होने के कारण निम्नलिखित है :-
1. भोजन व पानी का सेवन प्राकृतिक नियमों के अनुसार न करना (इस गलती के कारण शरीर में 80 प्रकार के वात रोग, 40 प्रकार के पित्तरोग व 20 प्रकार के कफ रोग उत्पन्न होते है द)
2. भोजन दिनचर्या ऋतुचर्या के अनुसार न करना ।
3. विरूद्ध आहार का सेवन ।
4. मिलावटी दूध्, घी, मसाले, तेल इत्यादि का सेवन ।
5. अनाज, दाले, फल, सब्जी इत्यादि में छिड़के गये रसायनिक खाद, कीटनाशक व जंतुनाशक इत्यादि का शरीर में पहुँचना।
6 प्राकृतिक/नैसर्गिक वेगों को (भूख, प्यास, मलमूत्रा निष्कासन आदिद्ध रोकना ।
7. विकारों (क्रोध्, द्वेष, भय, अहंकारद्ध आदि को पनपने देना ।
बीमारियाँ दो प्रकार की होती है :-
1. वे जिनकी उत्पत्ति किसी जीवाणु बैक्टीरिया, पैथोजन, वायरस, फंगस आदि से होती है,
उदाहरणार्थ – क्षय रोग (टी.बी.), टायफाईड, टिटेनस, मलेरिया, न्यूमोनिया आदि । इन बीमारियों की तीन विशेषतायें है:-
- इन बीमारीयों के कारणों का पता परीक्षणों से आसानी से लग जाता है ।
- क्योंकि इन बीमारियों के कारणों का पता लग जाता है तो इनको ठीक करने की दवायें भी विकसित की जा चुकी है ।
- ये बीमारियाँ जल्द ही स्थायी रूप से ठीक की जा सकती है ।
2. वे जिनकी उत्पति किसी भी जीवाणु, बैक्टीरिया, पैथोजन, वायरस, फंगस आदि से कभी भी नहीं होती । उदाहरणार्थ – अम्लपित्त, दमा, गठिया, जोड़ों का दर्द, कर्क रोग, कब्ज, मधुमेह, ह्रदय रोग, बवासीर, भगंदर, रक्तार्श, आधसीसी, सिरदर्द, प्रोस्टेट आदि । इन बीमारियों की भी तीन विशेषतायें है :-
- इन बीमारियों के कारणों का पता नही लग पाता ।
- क्योंकि इन बीमारियों के कारणों का पता नही लग पाता, तो इनको ठीक करने की दवा भी
विकसित नहीं की जा सकती ।
इनमें से कोई भी बीमारी एक बार हो जाये तो उस व्यक्ति को बीमारी होने के दिन से चिता पर लेटने वाले दिन तक औषधी लेनी पड़ती है । इसीलिए इन बीमारियों को दीर्घकालीन असाध्य रोगों की संज्ञा दी गई है ।
